Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Specialist to lead complex data transformation initiatives within our enterprise landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing end-to-end data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transitions into SAP S/4 HANA environments.

You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate business requirements into robust ETL solutions. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality, you will directly influence the success of large-scale digital transformations, ensuring that our clients leverage clean, reliable data to drive critical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end data migration solutions using SAP BODS to ensure high-performance data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map complex legacy data structures to SAP S/4 HANA target formats, ensuring alignment with business process requirements.

- Design and execute comprehensive data quality frameworks to identify, cleanse, and validate data, thereby minimizing risks during cutover activities.

- Optimize ETL workflows and SAP Data Services jobs to improve processing efficiency and reduce downtime during critical migration windows.

- Provide technical leadership during the testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of migrated datasets.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP BODS and SAP Data Services for managing large-scale data migration projects within an SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem.

- Proven ability to design complex ETL logic and data quality rules to handle diverse data sources and ensure enterprise-grade data integrity.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical data migration strategies effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and resolving data reconciliation issues under tight project timelines.

- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across multiple locations while working with global teams.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of SAP data architecture and migration methodologies.

- Candidates must possess 6 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in SAP data management and migration roles.
