Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for banking systems

- Translate business, regulatory, and analytical requirements into scalable data structures.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and solution architects.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.

- Support data warehouse, data lake, and analytics platforms

- Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and metadata

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reusability across systems

- Support regulatory and audit requirements through data lineage and traceability

- Review and optimize data models for performance and scalability

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Modeler

- Mandatory experience in banking or financial services domain

- Strong expertise in :

1. Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling

2. ER Modeling and normalization techniques

3. Dimensional Modeling (Star & Snowflake schemas)

- Solid understanding of core banking data structures

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts

- Experience working in large, complex enterprise data environments

- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
