Job Summary :

Looking for a Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Honeywell Operations Advisory / APM (Asset Performance Management) systems. The role involves installation, upgrade, configuration, and L2/L3 support of Honeywell platforms in Oil & Gas environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, upgrade, and support Honeywell Operations Advisory systems :

- Operational Logbook

- Monitoring

- Meetings

- Asset Sentinel

- KPI Manager

- Provide L2/L3 support for Honeywell Field Rounds and related applications

- Manage and maintain Production & QA environments

- Troubleshoot system, configuration, and performance issues

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and optimize system performance

- Support deployment, patching, and system enhancements

- Ensure high availability and reliability of APM systems

- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with :

a. Honeywell Asset Sentinel

b. Honeywell KPI Manager

c. Honeywell Field Rounds

d. Honeywell Operations Advisory Suite

- Experience in installation, upgrade, and support of enterprise applications

- Experience working in Production & QA environments

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

- Knowledge of APM (Asset Performance Management) systems

Eligibility Criteria :

- 5 to 9 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry (mandatory)

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / related field

- Experience in support / implementation roles (L2/L3 support preferred)

Good to Have :

- Experience with Honeywell Dynamo

- Exposure to industrial data systems / IIoT platforms

- Basic knowledge of SQL / databases
