The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Workday system in different modules, including business process definitions, securities, advanced compensation, reporting, and security configurations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Workday system.

What You'll Accomplish :

- Define and manage business processes within Workday to ensure they meet organizational needs.

- Evaluating and adapting Workday bi-annual feature release.

- Evaluating and adapting Workday AI features.

- Oversee advanced compensation processes, including merit cycles, bonus plans, and equity plans.

- Manage position management processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of job requisitions, position changes, and organizational hierarchies.

- Develop and maintain custom reports for business needs.

- Configure and manage security roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.

- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Workday.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model :

Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. This is a Bengaluru-based role that involves regular interaction with colleagues in San Francisco. Applicants should be open to meetings in the late evening (IST) to align with San Francisco working hours (8am - 6pm PT).

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience working with Workday, specifically in business process definitions, advanced compensation, position management, reporting, and/or security.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday certification in any module.

- Experience with Workday reporting tools, including custom report writing.

- Familiarity with Workday security configuration and role-based permissions.

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
