Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Test Engineer to drive the quality assurance strategy, lead testing initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test automation, team leadership, and modern QA practices within Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects.

- Define and implement test automation frameworks and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

- Drive continuous integration and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.

- Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring productivity and technical growth.

- Oversee functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

- Identify risks, track defects, and provide actionable insights for improvements.

- Conduct test reviews, audits, and quality assessments.

- Participate in release planning and provide go/no-go recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in manual and automated testing.

- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
