HID - Senior AI Specialist

Profile Summary :

AI Specialist is responsible for enabling and accelerating AI adoption across various tools and platforms within the organization.

Acts as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, driving the integration of AI capabilities to enhance business processes, productivity, and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) :

- Identify, recommend, and integrate AI solutions that drive engineering efficiency and advance organizational objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.

- Lead initiatives to embed AI capabilities into existing and new tools.

- Integrate AI features into existing R&D platforms.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate AI solutions.

- Train and support teams on the effective use of AI-enabled tools.

- Monitor and assess the impact of AI adoption, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and ethical standards in AI implementations.

- Stay current with advancements in AI and related fields.

- Track ROI and adoption metrics.

Education and/or Experience :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience working with AI platforms and developer tools (such as CursorAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, etc.

- Proven track record of enabling AI adoption and integration in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, data privacy and data analytics.

- Experience with AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
