As a DevOps Lead, you will own and evolve the cloud and platform infrastructure powering Hexalogs automation ecosystem.

You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable, and developer friendly cloud platforms on AWS, while driving DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineering best practices across the organization.

This role goes beyond execution - you will define infrastructure, architecture, and engineering standards, lead automation-first and self-service platform initiatives, mentor and guide DevOps engineers, and collaborate deeply with backend, data, and AI/ML teams to enable reliable, production-grade systems.

This role sits at the intersection of: Platform Engineering - Cloud Infrastructure - DevSecOps Reliability Engineering - MLOps Enablement

Preferred candidate profile :

- 6- 9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and production-grade infrastructure

- Solid experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

- Strong understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT, and security groups

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins

- Strong experience with containerization using Docker

- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS

- Strong Python scripting skills for automation and infrastructure task

- Familiarity with shell scripting using Bash and Python

- Experience designing secure, scalable, and developer-friendly cloud platforms

- Experience driving DevSecOps, platform engineering, and reliability best practices

- Experience with observability tooling for logs, metrics, traces, and alerting

- Experience building reusable IaC modules and self-service platform capabilities
