Job summary :

Works with Solution Architect and Sales Compensation Administration team to understand new
requirements from the business stakeholders for software solution based on the company Xactly Software platform.

Develop solutions to meet the business requirements within the confines of agreed standards.

Joins application setup and development projects at ad-hoc basis. To work within the requirements of the Company's Health and safety, Quality and Environmental management systems.

This role transcends organizational and geographical boundaries as it aims at supporting and enabling the various divisions of the MillerKnoll business across the globe.

The ideal candidate should understand the software development/implementation lifecycle and use agile methodology to design, develop, test, and implement solutions that deliver on end-user needs.

Qualifications :

Xactly Incent, Connect and Analytics modules :

- Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.

- Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

- Ability to configure rules, create plans, assist in test case creation & testing

- Act as an organizational subject matter expert for commissions processing and individual commission plan components as they operate in the solution

- Trace unexpected results back to their source and diagnose underlying issues.

- If unable to resolve directly, own coordination and resolution with appropriate resources.

- Design, develop test reports & dashboards. QA commissions changes.

- Document system configuration and payment administrative processes, Drive technology, business and Xactly adoption standard methodologies

- Be mindful of changes to the business that may impact the current solution - new products and business lines, acquisitions, reorganizations, system changes, etc.

Requirements / Skill set :

- A graduate / post-graduate in computer science / engineering or equivalent industry experience

- Between 4-6 years' experience in Xactly application implementation.

- Acceptable experience in analysing the sales compensation plans

- Acceptable proficiency in SQL and Stored Procedure and Reporting Service.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-driven, motivated, result oriented.

- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies.

- This role will work in the shift timings of 12 : 00 P.M. to 9 : 00 P.M. IST

- The employee could be requested to work in a different shift on rare occasions to support the business during a critical issue or for any releases/migrations that maybe scheduled.

Reporting structure :

- Locally reporting to Senior Lead in India

- Matrix reporting to WTL in US
