Role Overview :

This is a strategic, business-facing technology leadership role for a leader who operates as a technology thought leader rather than just a platform owner.

You will define, architect, and drive the enterprise Business Applications and Digital Transformation agenda, unifying SAP, Blue Yonder, and Salesforce (SFDC) into a single, forward-looking enterprise ecosystem.

Directly partnering with executive leadership (CIO/CEO), you will lead a team of 6-7 direct engineering/functional leads to shape how technology, workflow automation, data, and AI reimagine Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Background :

- Early Tenure: Ideal background includes early-career experience at SAP (consulting/presales/solution design), followed by senior IT/digital transformation leadership within large-scale enterprise/manufacturing businesses.

- Deep Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of detailed operational workflows, challenges, and automation strategies across manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise commercial platforms.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :

1. Enterprise Applications & Strategic Roadmap :

- SAP Core & S/4HANA: Lead the overall SAP ecosystem across Finance, ERP, and core transactions, driving continuous S/4HANA optimization and business value realization.

- Blue Yonder / Supply Chain: Drive supply-chain technology strategy - demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and logistics network optimization.

- Salesforce (SFDC): Direct the Salesforce ecosystem across Sales and CRM, ensuring seamless API-driven integration with core ERP and supply chain applications.

2. Digital Transformation, Data & AI Innovation :

- Workflow Automation & AI/GenAI: Identify, pilot, and scale workflow automation, AI/GenAI, and intelligent analytics to drive tangible business value and efficiency gains.

- Data Architecture & Governance: Establish an enterprise data strategy covering data quality, governance, and analytics as a foundation for AI decision-making.

3. Executive Partnership & Value Realization :

- Business Leadership Alignment: Translate business goals into actionable, sequenced technology roadmaps, acting as a trusted advisor to functional heads and business units.

- Commercial Orientation: Ensure every technology investment is backed by strong financial rigor, ROI tracking, and business outcome realization.

4. Team Leadership & Vendor Governance :

- People Management: Direct, mentor, and grow a core leadership team of 6-7 direct reports.

- Vendor & SI Management: Oversee global System Integrators (SIs) and platform partners, maintaining high implementation standards, cybersecurity baselines, and cost efficiencies.

Required Experience & Technical Skills :

- Total Experience: 16-26 years in Enterprise Applications, Digital/Data Transformation, or IT Leadership roles.

- Platform Depth: Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP and Blue Yonder (Mandatory); hands-on exposure to Salesforce / SFDC (Highly Preferred).

- Process Automation: Proven ability to evaluate complex business processes, pinpoint structural bottlenecks, and execute automated enterprise workflows.

- Leadership & Age Profile: Proven experience managing multi-year transformation budgets and teams (Candidate preferred below 50 years of age).
