Position Summary :

The Head of Process & ERP Transformation will lead the organization's end-to-end business process transformation agenda and drive the successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA across global operations. This role is responsible for aligning business processes with industrys best practices, standardizing operations, and enabling digital transformation through modern ERP capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes with proven leadership experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs. The individual will work closely with business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external implementation partners to deliver measurable business value, operational excellence, and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Process Transformation Leadership :

- Define and execute the enterprise-wide process transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

- Lead assessment and redesign of end-to-end business processes across :

9. Master Data Management

- Drive process standardization, simplification, and harmonization across countries and business units.

- Establish process governance structures, KPIs, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

2. ERP Transformation Leadership :

- Lead ERP transformation programs from strategy through implementation and stabilization.

- Serve as the business transformation lead for SAP S/4HANA deployments.

- Ensure business requirements are aligned to SAP best practices and standard functionality.

- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology teams.

- Drive adoption of template-based processes and minimize unnecessary customizations.

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with executive leadership to identify transformation opportunities.

- Facilitate decision-making among global process owners and business leaders.

- Build strong relationships with regional leadership teams and country organizations.

- Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to executive steering committees.

4. Organizational Change Management :

- Champion transformation initiatives across the organization.

- Lead communication, training, and change-management activities.

- Foster a culture of process excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Clear documentation of as-is and to-be processes and facilitate training across users.

- Develop transformation capabilities within business and IT teams.

5. Program Governance & Benefits Realization :

- Establish governance frameworks for transformation programs.

- Monitor program milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

- Define and track business value realization metrics.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications :

1. Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

2. Experience :

- 15+ years of professional experience in process transformation, ERP implementation, or business transformation leadership roles.

- Minimum 8 years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.

- Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

- Strong experience working within chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing, or process industries.

- Experience managing global, multi-country transformation initiatives.
