Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Head of Oracle Program Delivery who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Oracle transformation programs across Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring successful execution of ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM, Primavera P6, Unifier, OCI, OIC, and related solutions.

Skill / Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP and Cloud transformation programs.

- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM, Primavera P6, Unifier, OCI, OIC, FDI, and enterprise integration technologies.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, managing multi-vendor environments, and leading system integrators.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, PMO, project lifecycle management, budgeting, risk management, and change management.

- Experience working with executive stakeholders in Construction, EPC, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or other complex project-driven industries.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Preferred certifications : PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Oracle Cloud, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.

Certification Required :

- Oracle Cloud Functional or Technical Certifications Preferred

- Project Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred

- PgMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner - Preferred

- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certifications - Preferred

- ITIL Foundation - Added Advantage

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle transformation programs across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM, Primavera P6, Unifier, OCI, OIC, and related platforms.

- Define program strategy, integrated roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.

- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, dependencies, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Collaborate with business leaders, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, PMO, and technology teams to ensure successful program execution.

- Oversee Oracle implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors, ensuring contractual compliance, quality delivery, and milestone achievement.

- Drive executive stakeholder engagement through governance reviews, status reporting, risk management, and decision-making support.

- Lead business readiness, change management, user adoption, training, and organizational transition activities.

- Monitor program performance and business value realization through process improvements, operational efficiency, automation, reporting enhancements, and KPI tracking.

- Build and mentor high-performing cross-performing delivery teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement.
