We are seeking a dynamic Head of Technology to lead our India IT function and steer enterprise-wide technology initiatives aligned with global business goals. This role demands a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strong operational discipline, and proven capability in building high performing teams. You will shape the technology roadmap, drive transformation, and ensure resilient, secure, and scalable IT systems that support global operations.

In this role, you will partner closely with global executives, business leaders, and cross functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, strengthen governance, and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence across the India technology organization.

What We Expect From You :

- Provide strategic leadership for the entire India IT function, ensuring seamless alignment with global technology goals.

- Oversee end to end delivery of IT projects and programs with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and business impact.

- Establish robust IT governance, reporting mechanisms, and KPI frameworks to drive operational transparency and accountability.

- Ensure high availability, security, performance, and scalability across all enterprise systems and platforms.

- Lead and mentor high performing IT teams, driving a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Partner with global and India stakeholders to translate business strategies into actionable technology solutions.

- Act as a key technology advisor to leadership on architecture decisions, digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and strategic investments.

- Build strong collaboration models with global teams and act as a bridge between India and international technology groups.

- Strengthen IT operations, service excellence, and compliance through industry standard frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, and Agile practices.

What Experience Will You Bring to the Role ?

- 15 to 18+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles within global environments.

- Proven experience managing large, multi disciplinary teams of 100+ technology professionals.

- Strong background in enterprise applications, integrations, modern infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

- Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and modernization initiatives at scale.

- Solid understanding of IT governance, architecture frameworks, service management, and global delivery models.

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision making capabilities.

- Ability to influence senior executives, manage cross functional priorities, and deliver complex enterprise programs.

People & Culture Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and scale high performing technology and operations teams.

- Foster a collaborative culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and results.

- Lead capability development, performance management, and succession planning.

- Inspire teams through clarity, purpose, and a shared vision of technology excellence.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
