Job Summary :

We are seeking a Head of Technology with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, AWS cloud architecture, and enterprise technology leadership.

This role will be responsible for leading AI-driven initiatives, overseeing technical strategy, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring successful project delivery for clients.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, helping organizations adopt AI solutions while mentoring teams and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Leadership :

- Define and drive the technology vision and architecture strategy for AI and cloud-based solutions.

- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered applications and platforms.

- Establish best practices for AI development, cloud architecture, and system scalability.

- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology initiatives.

AI & Cloud Strategy :

- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions using AWS services.

- Evaluate and implement technologies such as Generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, and automation.

- Oversee AI project lifecycle including model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Implement secure and scalable cloud architectures on AWS.

Project & Client Management :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects from concept to deployment.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical consulting and architecture guidance during client engagements.

- Manage project timelines, technical roadmaps, and delivery milestones.

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Build, mentor, and guide AI and engineering teams.

- Train team members on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and cloud development standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

- Conduct regular technical reviews and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Innovation & Research :

- Stay up to date with latest trends in AI, machine learning, generative AI, and cloud technologies.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes and products.

- Drive innovation initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning :

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and computer vision solutions.

- Knowledge of AI model lifecycle, training, deployment, and monitoring.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Strong experience with AWS ecosystem including :

- AWS SageMaker

- AWS Lambda

- AWS Bedrock

- AWS EC2

- AWS S3

- AWS API Gateway

- Experience designing cloud-native architectures and scalable systems.

Technical Leadership :

- Experience leading large engineering teams and complex technology programs.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices.

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

- Strong leadership, mentorship, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading AI product development or AI transformation initiatives.

- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / Machine Learning Specialty).

- Experience with data engineering, MLOps, and AI governance frameworks.

- Exposure to enterprise AI platforms and generative AI tools.
