Overview:

We are looking for a senior leader to own end-to-end delivery execution across our enterprise deployments.

This role is responsible for ensuring that platforms are implemented predictably, deployed successfully, and adopted within client environments. The focus is on execution, delivery governance, and client confidence, ensuring that our systems are not only built effectively, but deployed, adopted, and scaled within large institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Delivery Ownership:

1. Own delivery across all enterprise programs and client deployments, spanning multiple platforms and workstreams

2. Drive accountability for delivery commitments, timelines, scope, and outcomes across the organization

3. Ensure execution is on track, scalable, and aligned with enterprise client expectations

2. Client Delivery Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

1. Act as the senior delivery authority for clients, engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders

2. Manage delivery communication, expectations, and escalation handling

3. Ensure structured reporting and transparency across all engagements

3. Program Governance & Risk Management:

1. Establish governance frameworks across programs, including risk tracking, escalation mechanisms, and decision structures

2. Anticipate and manage delivery risks across product, engineering, and client environments

3. Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory expectations in delivery and deployment

4. Deployment & Implementation Management:

1. Oversee end-to-end implementation including configuration, integration coordination, and rollout

2. Ensure systems are designed and built with deployment, scalability, and client environments in mind

3. Drive accountability for translating product vision into production-ready systems

5. Quality & Release Oversight:

1. Enforce delivery quality standards across implementations

2. Ensure production readiness and stability before releases

3. Act as escalation point for critical delivery or release issues

6. Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

1. Define and track delivery KPIs (timelines, defects, adoption, stability)

2. Provide clear, executive-level visibility to leadership on delivery health and risks

3. Drive improvements in delivery efficiency and predictability

Required Experience:

- 15 to 22 years of experience across delivery, program management, or enterprise implementations

- Proven track record of delivering complex systems into large enterprise environments (BFSI strongly preferred)

- Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and system architecture, enabling informed oversight of design and implementation

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or data platforms

- Strong experience managing multi-workstream programs

- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration, deployment, and lifecycle management
