What does the job entail :

- Managing Production system issues tickets

- Managing System availability

- Daily review of production issue tickets with vendor and Users and closure as per SLA

- Technical review of root cause analysis shared by Vendor team for completeness and correctness

- Monitoring and end to end closures of issues with development team

- Managing System Data patches

- Monitoring system (Daily/monthly/ yearly) Batch jobs

- Ensuring correct and complete Reports delivery to functions as per agreed timelines

- Monitoring and resolving Application Integration issues(MQ setup)

- CR management and production deployment management

- Front ending system Audit by External, Internal and Regulators

- Publishing WSR for Users and Management

- Documentation and User Training on recurring issues

- Vendor management. (vendor Team Reviews/ Team availability/Handling Team Trainings)

Education : BE - Computer Science /MCA/BSC IT

Work exp : 12-15 Years in Insurance Domain
