- Configure and test Oracle Time & Labor rules, time entry layouts, and approval workflows to streamline time-tracking processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Manage complex data migrations and system integrations, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders and end-users to drive system adoption and maximize the return on technology investments.

Required Skillset :
