Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 5 - 13 years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega BPM, Case Management, Integrations, and application development following Pega best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and enhance applications on the Pega Platform.

- Develop workflows, case types, business rules, UI sections, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Build and consume REST/SOAP services for system integrations.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and compliance with Pega guardrails.

- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 13 years of IT experience with relevant experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.

- Strong hands-on experience in Case Management, Workflow Development, Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Decision Rules, Report Definitions, and Integrations.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.

- Good understanding of Pega architecture and guardrail compliance.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills:

- Pega CSA/CSSA certification preferred.

- Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.

- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
