About the Role :

We are actively seeking an experienced and passionate AIML Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for individuals who are deeply interested in conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

You will be working in a cloud-native, agile environment, contributing to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.

Role Summary :

As an AIML Developer at HARMAN India, you will play a key role in designing, building, and implementing advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems, with a strong focus on conversational AI technologies.

You will leverage your expertise in Python and cloud platforms to develop scalable and impactful solutions that address real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated conversational AI systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools.

- Build and implement scalable AI solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

- Work with APIs, databases, and implement real-time data integrations to support AI model training and deployment.

- Fine-tune large language models, develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, and manage conversational context to enhance AI chat capabilities.

- Apply reinforcement learning and other relevant machine learning techniques to continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, LLMs, and NLP research and technologies.

What You Need (Required Skills and Qualifications) :

- 5+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong expertise in Python programming.

- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.

- Hands-on experience with major cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads.

- Proven experience with reinforcement learning concepts and applications.

- Experience in prompt engineering for optimizing LLM responses.

- Practical experience in deploying enterprise-level conversational agents.
