Experience : 10 to 14 Years

Job Location : Pune - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Architecture & Delivery :

- Architect and deliver advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI and NLP models for enterprise use cases.

- Fine-tune and deploy private LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Gemma) and integrate them with enterprise applications.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB).

- Ensure end-to-end model lifecycle management : training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Responsible AI & Compliance :

- Establish frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and ethical AI practices.

- Monitor and address model drift, concept drift, and data drift to maintain solution performance and relevance.

- Embed explainability, transparency, and auditability into all AI models to foster trust and adoption.

- Ensure compliance with global AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

Customer Engagement :

- Act as the primary AI advisor for clients, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, articulating solution value, risks, and mitigations.

- Partner with clients to identify opportunities for AI-led innovation in their products and services.

Leadership & Growth :

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

- Translate emerging AI trends into actionable business strategies and roadmaps.

- Drive the growth of the AI practice through thought leadership, capability building, and client success.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Strong expertise in NLP techniques (multi-class, multi-label classification).

- Hands-on experience with private LLM fine-tuning (LLaMA, Gemma) and orchestration frameworks.

- Proficiency in PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Haystack, and related ecosystems.

- Knowledge of model orchestration and lifecycle tools (MLFlow, KubeFlow).

- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB).

- Integration experience with external LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with multi-modal AI models (image-text, text-audio).

- Expertise in Databricks for scalable model development and deployment.

- Familiarity with Explainability tools (e.g., Captum, SHAP, LIME).

- Exposure to AI safety, governance frameworks, and emerging regulatory trends.
