Job Description :

- ServiceNow Discovery implementation and configuration

- CMDB and CSDM implementation, enhancement, and data model alignment

- Foundation data and Process data migration

- Transactional data migration

- New ServiceNow product/module implementations (e.g., SPM, HRSD, IRM)

- Design and implementation of new integrations with ServiceNow

- Implementation of new modules or major enhancements to existing modules

- Custom application design and development

- Provisioning and configuration of new MID Servers

- Platform Refresh, Transformation, and Roadmap initiatives

- Strategic platform improvements and modernization activities

- Development activities associated with approved roadmap initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules, to ensure alignment with client business objectives and technical standards.

- Lead technical design reviews and code audits to maintain high-quality development practices and minimize technical debt across project lifecycles.

- Mentor junior developers and offshore teams by providing technical guidance and best-practice frameworks to accelerate project delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide scalable resolutions that enhance platform stability.

- Drive the adoption of automation and scripting best practices to optimize platform performance and improve the overall user experience for end-customers.
