Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with extensive experience in the Education Cloud to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in the education sector. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation through technology.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of the education sector.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on existing solutions.

- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and end-users to enhance their understanding of Salesforce functionalities.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Salesforce, with a focus on Education Cloud.

- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques, such as MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect.

- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Education Cloud.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a leadership role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
