Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of revenue operations and sales processes, ensuring that our clients can leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving business needs.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ modules to streamline complex pricing, quoting, and billing processes for global clients.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the organizational landscape.

- Perform rigorous code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of performance, security, and scalability within the Salesforce environment.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development, specifically with deep technical proficiency in Apex, triggers, and asynchronous processing.

- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions, including product modeling, price rules, and quote templates.

- Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions for business process optimization.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple project streams simultaneously.

- A minimum of 8 to 14 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on enterprise-level implementations.
