Position: Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst

Location: Bengaluru (Electronic City)

Experience: 10+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Mode of Work : Work from Office (4 Days work from Office and 1 day work from home).

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, and sprint planning activities.

- Convert business requirements into user stories and actionable product features.

- Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Business stakeholders.

- Drive product delivery from requirement gathering through implementation.

- Define acceptance criteria and ensure successful feature releases.

- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities across teams.

- Use data and customer feedback to guide product decisions and improvements.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Management professional.

- Experience working on SaaS Product Development projects (Mandatory).

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- Expertise in Backlog Management, User Stories, Sprint Planning, and Prioritization.

- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical discussions.

- Experience with APIs, cloud-based applications, and modern product development practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), MarTech, AdTech, or related platforms.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled products.

- CSPO, PSPO, or Agile certifications.
