Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Experience : 12-18 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Technical Manager, providing direction to development teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation

- Collaborate closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering Teams for solution alignment

- Drive project planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting across all phases

- Define and manage project success criteria (scope, cost, quality, timelines, and performance)

- Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively

- Identify and eliminate team impediments to ensure smooth execution

- Ensure strong stakeholder communication, project governance, and status visibility

- Lead client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and delivery confidence

- Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12-18 years of IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Project Management / Delivery roles

- Strong technical foundation with background in development or solution design (Java, .NET, or similar)

- Proven ability to operate as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager

- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams

- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and governance

- Should have executed on Fixed price project end to end.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Should have experience in using Gen AI Tools.

- Should have managed FPP or Fixed capacity projects

- Should have experience in managing the external customers.

- Should have experience in application development skills.
