Description :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.

- Drive project execution ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget. Manage project financials, and operational reporting.

- Partner with internal technology and recruitment teams to fulfil skill needs, niche roles, and ramp-up plans. Drive onboarding, allocation, and utilization of project teams.

- Engage with BFSI client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 -15 years of experience in IT Services with good BFSI project delivery background.

- Experience managing staffing fulfilment requirements for customer teams/ GCC.

- Strong understanding of BFSI processes (e.g., lending, digital banking, insurance).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
