Job Title : Lead Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams.

- Requirements Discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives

- Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.

- Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process

flows, wireframes etc.

- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts

- Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously

- Work independently with minimal or no supervision

- Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Engineering/consulting experience with a successful track record

- Conduct Training or Demo for Clients / System Users

- Ready for Travel (Short Term and Long Term)

Skills Required :

- Strong analytical skills required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Have worked on E-com Domain

- BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc.

- Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Strong experience with stakeholders' management

Type Of Candidate Needed :

Candidates having the following experience will be suitable :

1. Development side + Business analyst/Presales + Project management Exposure

OR

2. Presales or Business Analyst Experience with Engineering (BE/B Tech.) Background

OR

3. QA with Technical Background + Business Analyst or Presales Experience
