Dynamics 365 Technical Lead/Architect Job Description

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, customization, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions while mentoring development teams and ensuring best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 components including entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, custom actions, and integrations.

- Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.

- Lead code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Participate in solution estimation, planning, and architecture discussions.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.

- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

- Experience in developing Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom APIs, and PCF Controls.

- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 security model.

- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Management.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Experience with Power BI and enterprise integrations.

- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
