Role Overview :

As an SAP MM Consultant within our US AMS team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our US-based clients on their SAP MM implementations and operations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and implement enhancements to optimize their SAP MM processes. This role directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and reliable material management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and resolve SAP MM incidents and service requests for US clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP MM modules to meet specific client requirements, adhering to best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and new functionalities within SAP MM.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP MM processes and configurations.

- Conduct thorough testing of SAP MM configurations and enhancements to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on SAP MM best practices and process improvements.

- Participate in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, contributing to the successful deployment of new systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP MM configuration, including master data, purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.

- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex SAP MM issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionalities and implementation methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

- Experience working in an AMS (Application Management Services) environment is highly desirable.

- Ability to adapt to US work timings to support US clients.
