Role Overview :

As an Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant at Hackett Group, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and other consultants to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the FCCS application, and provide training and support.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, helping organizations streamline their financial consolidation processes and improve reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements for financial consolidation and reporting processes to align with client needs.

- Design and configure FCCS applications, including dimensions, rules, data forms, and reports, to meet specific client requirements.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the FCCS solution.

- Provide training and support to end-users on the FCCS application to facilitate adoption and effective utilization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FCCS configuration, data integration, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest FCCS features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to implement and support Oracle FCCS solutions, including configuration, rule writing, and data integration.

- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements related to financial consolidation and reporting.

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules, such as Hyperion Planning or Essbase, is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a collaborative environment in Hyderabad.

- 3-9 years of experience in Oracle EPM FCCS implementations.
