Role Overview :

As an Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant at Hackett Group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, specifically focusing on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). You will collaborate with clients to understand their financial planning and budgeting processes, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and configure and customize the EPBCS application to meet their specific needs.

This role involves working closely with project managers, other consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Your work will directly impact clients' ability to streamline their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, leading to improved decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to design effective EPBCS solutions.

- Develop and configure EPBCS applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, forms, rules, and reports, to meet client-specific requirements.

- Lead and participate in the implementation of EPBCS solutions, including data integration, testing, and user training, to ensure successful deployment.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EPBCS applications, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and optimizing performance, to ensure continued client satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials, to ensure knowledge transfer and project success.

- Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions, with a strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.

- Proven ability to configure and customize EPBCS applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, forms, rules, and reports.

- Experience with data integration between EPBCS and other systems, such as ERP and data warehouses.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, consulting environment.
