Role Overview :

As an Oracle EPM Consultant specializing in ARCS & FCCS, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements, design and configure solutions to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Oracle EPM Cloud platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and improve financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Oracle ARCS and FCCS solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Design and configure ARCS and FCCS applications, including defining reconciliation processes, consolidation rules, and reporting structures.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from client stakeholders to understand their financial consolidation and account reconciliation needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users on ARCS and FCCS functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ARCS and FCCS applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with other consultants and technical teams to integrate ARCS and FCCS with other Oracle EPM modules and source systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle ARCS and FCCS solutions.

- Proven ability to design and develop financial consolidation and account reconciliation processes.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules, such as Hyperion Planning and Essbase, is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
