Role : EPM Infrastructure Specialist

Job Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM on-premises applications, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM.

- Manage and support Oracle EPM infrastructure across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

- Monitor system performance, perform tuning activities, and ensure application availability.

- Execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for Oracle EPM environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues.

- Support Oracle database connectivity and integrations with enterprise systems.

- Implement security best practices and automation where applicable.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams, mentor junior resources, and ensure timely delivery of support activities.

Essential Skills :

To qualify for the role, the candidate must have :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM on-premises infrastructure, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM.

- Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, and management of Oracle EPM applications and supporting infrastructure.

- Deep expertise in Linux/Unix and Windows environments for Oracle EPM setups.

- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle EPM applications and databases.

- Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery for Oracle EPM environments.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.

- Familiarity with Oracle databases and integration between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems.

- Oracle EPM/Hyperion certifications are a plus.

- Flexibility to provide EST/graveyard shift coverage on a need basis.

- Understanding of business objectives and organizational structure.

- Strong work ethics, trustworthiness, and self-confidence.

- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach and team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud products.

- Knowledge of scripting and automation for system management tasks.

- Understanding of security protocols and best practices within Oracle EPM on-premises environments.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.

- Background in Finance or an MBA in Finance is beneficial.
