Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced webMethods Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in webMethods integration technologies and proven experience leading development teams. The role will involve designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions, managing technical delivery, and driving integration projects across SAP, Salesforce, APIs, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver webMethods development and integration projects with teams of 4 - 8 members.

- Design and develop integration solutions using webMethods Integration Server, Designer, API Gateway, MFT, Trading Networks, and Universal Messaging.

- Develop Flow Services, APIs, B2B integrations, and MFT solutions.

- Design and implement different enterprise integration patterns.

- Work with SOAP, REST, XML, and web services.

- Develop integrations using SAP, Salesforce, JDBC, and MQ adapters.

- Design and manage APIs using API management platforms.

- Work on cloud and hybrid integration solutions across AWS/Azure environments.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical guidance to development teams.

- Follow DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and release management practices.

- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8+ years of relevant webMethods experience.

- Strong expertise in webMethods Integration Server and Designer.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Services, APIs, B2B, MFT, and integration patterns.

- Strong knowledge of API Gateway, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and Active Transfer.

- Proficiency in SOAP, REST, XML, and web services.

- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, JDBC, and MQ adapters.

- Experience leading teams of 4 - 8 members and delivering integration projects.

- Knowledge of AWS/Azure and hybrid integration architectures.

- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with My webMethods Server, BPM, and CAF.

- Exposure to enterprise API management and governance.

- Experience with cloud-native integration and automation.
