Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role will involve implementation, rollouts, support, configuration, integration, and business process optimization across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on SAP PP & QM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Configure and support Production Planning processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

- Configure and support SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, Notifications, and Certificates.

- Manage integration of PP/QM with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across PP and QM.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and supporting documentation.

- Work closely with business users and technical teams during implementation and support activities.

- Provide functional support and contribute to process improvements.

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of SAP PP/QM experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.

- Good knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

- Strong understanding of SAP QM including Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, Notifications, and Certificates.

- Strong knowledge of PP-QM integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, and production support.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA preferred.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
