Role : Network Automation Engineer.
Location : Bangalore.
Employment Type : Full Time.
Hiring Priority : Immediate.
We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer with strong networking fundamentals and hands-on Python-based automation experience.
The role focuses on automating network operations, configuration, and troubleshooting across enterprise and data-center networks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain network automation solutions.
- Automate network configuration, provisioning, and validation tasks.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, and security layers.
- Work closely with network operations and security teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Develop reusable scripts and tools for network monitoring and compliance.
- Support production networks and participate in incident resolution.
Networking Skills (Mandatory) :
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model.
Routing & Switching :
- BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- VLANs, STP, VRRP / HSRP.
Network Services :
- DNS, DHCP, NTP.
Hands-on experience with network devices :
- Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto (or similar vendors).
Network Security fundamentals :
- Firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, NAT.
Programming & Automation Skills (Must-Have) :
Python (mandatory) :
- Strong knowledge of data structures and modules.
- Experience with virtual environments.
Working knowledge of :
- REST APIs.
- JSON, YAML, XML.
Basic scripting knowledge :
- Bash / Shell (good to have).
Required Experience :
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Networking / Network Automation.
- Hands-on experience automating network devices and services.
- Experience in enterprise or data-center network environments.
Good to Have :
- Experience with Ansible, Netmiko, NAPALM, or similar tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD for network automation.
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS / Azure).
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools.

Location : Bangalore.
Work Mode : Full Time (Onsite / Hybrid as per project).
