Role : SAP TM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP TM configuration, transportation planning, freight management, and ABAP development.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SAP TM business processes along with hands-on technical skills to develop enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end transportation management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure SAP TM master data, including locations, transportation lanes, zones, resources, and business partners.

- Manage transportation objects such as forwarding units, freight units, and freight orders.

- Configure transportation planning and optimization using freight unit building rules, planning profiles, selection profiles, VSR optimizer, and carrier selection.

- Work on freight agreements, charge calculation, freight settlement documents, and freight cost processing.

- Support integration between SAP TM and SAP SD, MM, LE, and FI for order processing, delivery integration, and freight cost posting.

- Work with embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA or standalone SAP TM 9.x environments.

- Develop and maintain technical enhancements using ABAP and ABAP Objects, including BAdIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.

- Implement and support BOPF framework components, including determinations, validations, and actions on TM business objects.

- Enhance SAP TM user interfaces using Floor Plan Manager (FPM) and Web Dynpro ABAP.

- Configure PPF (Post Processing Framework) for output management and support Adobe Forms development.

- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using IDocs, web services, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for carrier and EDI communication.

- Collaborate with functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable SAP TM solutions.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of relevant SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP TM techno-functional consulting.

- Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and transportation management processes.

- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight order management, freight agreements, and settlement.

- Experience integrating SAP TM with SD, MM, LE, and FI modules.

- Strong proficiency in ABAP, ABAP Objects, BAdIs, and user exits.

- Practical experience with BOPF, FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP, PPF, and Adobe Forms.

- Knowledge of IDocs, web services, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

- Experience with SAP TM on S/4HANA or standalone SAP TM 9.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
