Job Summary :

GyanSys is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect with 6+ years of experience and at least one hands-on S/4HANA Finance transformation project. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of enterprise finance solutions across core SAP Finance, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and Controlling and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and architectural expertise in SAP FICO, FSCM, CO-PA, and cross-module integration. This role requires hands-on configuration experience, the ability to lead business workshops, and expertise in translating complex finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects.

- Design and govern finance solutions across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.

- Architect and configure SAP FSCM components, including Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Treasury, and Bank Communication.

- Design and implement SAP CO-PA solutions covering both Costing-Based and Account-Based Profitability Analysis.

- Define profitability analysis models, value fields, characteristics, and enterprise reporting structures.

- Drive cross-module integration architecture across SAP FICO, CO-PA, FSCM, SD, MM, and PS.

- Lead blueprinting workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business and finance stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.

- Establish architectural governance, configuration standards, and best practices for SAP Finance solutions.

- Guide technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.

- Ensure seamless financial and operational reporting across the SAP landscape.

- Support testing, deployment, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP Finance / SAP FICO.

- At least one hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation or implementation project.

- Experience working as a Solution Architect or leading solution design and architecture activities.

- Strong hands-on configuration expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.

- Expertise in SAP FSCM, including Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Treasury/Bank Communication.

- Strong experience in SAP CO-PA, covering Costing-Based and Account-Based approaches.

- Knowledge of profitability models, value fields, characteristics, and reporting structures.

- Proven experience in cross-module integration across FICO, CO-PA, FSCM, SD, MM, and PS.

- Experience leading blueprinting, business requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.

- Ability to guide technical teams on integrations, enhancements, data migration, and reporting.

Good to Have :

- Experience in global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

- Exposure to enterprise finance architecture and process standardization.

- Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed teams.
