We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Lead to own the PP/QM workstream across SAP implementation and transformation programmes. The role requires strong functional expertise combined with the ability to lead solution design, business workshops, testing and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the SAP PP/QM functional workstream from requirement gathering through go-live.

- Lead business workshops and convert manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Drive fit-gap analysis, process mapping and solution design.

- Lead configuration and validation of PP/QM processes across manufacturing scenarios.

- Design solutions covering production planning, production execution and quality management.

- Ensure appropriate solutions for Discrete, PP-PI and Repetitive Manufacturing.

- Design planning solutions covering MTS and MTO strategies.

- Lead integration design across PP/QM, MM, SD and FI/CO.

- Guide the adoption of S/4HANA capabilities including MRP Live, Fiori and embedded QM.

- Review functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams on RICEFW objects.

- Lead SIT, UAT and defect management activities.

- Own cutover planning, business readiness and go-live support for the PP/QM track.

- Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.

- Review deliverables prepared by consultants and ensure functional quality.

- Mentor junior and senior consultants and provide functional direction to the team.

- Act as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and the technical/project teams.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of SAP PP/QM experience.

- Strong experience leading SAP PP/QM implementations.

- Experience with at least one complete S/4HANA lifecycle implementation.

- Strong expertise across production planning and quality management.

- Experience across Discrete, Process and Repetitive Manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of MTS/MTO planning strategies.

- Excellent understanding of integration with MM, SD and FI/CO.

- Strong experience with fit-gap analysis, blueprinting and functional design.

- Experience with S/4HANA innovations including MRP Live and Fiori.

- Strong SIT/UAT, cutover and go-live experience.

- Proven experience mentoring consultants and managing functional workstreams.

Good to Have :

- Experience in global S/4HANA transformation programmes.

- Greenfield and brownfield implementation experience.

- SAP PP/QM certification.

- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and senior business stakeholders
