We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP PLM architecture, technical development, integrations, and S/4HANA transformation programs. This role requires deep hands-on experience in SAP technical development, enterprise integrations, and solution architecture, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, enterprise-grade SAP PLM technical solutions aligned with business requirements Lead technical development and enhancement activities across SAP PLM and related modules

- Drive integration of SAP PLM with enterprise systems and third-party applications

- Design and implement solutions using : BADIs User Exits Enhancements Workflows OData Services Reports, Interfaces, and Conversions

- Provide technical leadership for S/4HANA PLM transformation and modernization initiatives

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver robust solutions

- Architect and manage integrations using: SAP CPI PI/PO APIs IDocs

Support and optimize :

- Specification Database Property Tree Value Assignment Types (VAT) Document Management System (DMS) Engineering Change Management (ECM)

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure adherence to best practices

- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on SAP development standards and architecture principles

Required Skills & Experience :

- 11 - 15 years of experience in SAP technical consulting and architecture

- Strong hands-on expertise in: ABAP / ABAP OO SAP technical enhancements and custom development

- Deep expertise in: BADIs User Exits Enhancements Framework SmartForms / Adobe Forms

- SAP Workflows OData Services Reports, Interfaces, and Data Conversions

- Strong experience with SAP PLM and/or SAP EHS Solid understanding of : Specification Database Property Tree Value Assignment Types (VAT) DMS Engineering Change Management (ECM)

- Experience working with : SAP CPI PI/PO APIs & IDocs Exposure to SAP S/4HANA architecture and development concepts Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating SAP with : Teamcenter Windchill

- Exposure to cloud integration and SAP BTP services

- Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs

- Knowledge of Agile/SAP Activate methodologies
