Job Title : SAP HR Payroll Consultant - US & Canada

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US and Canada Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll implementations within an S/4HANA environment. The candidate should have strong configuration, integration, compliance, and AMS/support experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HR/HCM Payroll solutions in S/4HANA.

- Configure complex US and Canada payroll schemas, PCRs, features, and gross-to-net calculations.

- Drive integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll using ECP or Core Hybrid models.

- Configure and maintain statutory compliance, tax processing, year-end activities, and legal reporting.

- Work with payroll tax engines such as BSI Tax Factory for US Payroll and implement regulatory updates through SAP Notes and Support Packages.

- Prepare detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments including payroll reports, interfaces, and user exits.

- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of payroll processes.

- Resolve complex payroll run errors, FI/CO posting issues, and third-party interface issues.

- Work as a Payroll SME in US AMS/Support engagements.

- Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow (SNOW).

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with 7+ years of Core SAP HR Payroll.

- Strong hands-on experience with US and Canada Payroll configuration.

- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in S/4HANA environments.

- Strong knowledge of schemas, PCRs, features, taxation, year-end processing, and statutory compliance.

- Experience with SuccessFactors EC-ECP/Core Hybrid integration.

- Knowledge of BSI Tax Factory and SAP regulatory updates.

- Strong experience in AMS/Production Support environments.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing.

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
