Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Environmental, Health & Safety Management (EHSM), preferably within discrete industry environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP EHS implementations, enhancements and ongoing business requirements while working closely with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure and support SAP EHS/EHSM solutions based on business requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand EHS processes and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Configure SAP EHS modules and related functionalities as per project requirements.

- Analyse business requirements and prepare functional specifications and solution designs.

- Support implementation, enhancement and maintenance activities across SAP EHS.

- Configure and support EHS processes related to compliance, safety and environmental management.

- Work with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure integration of EHS processes with other SAP modules.

- Perform testing, defect analysis and resolution during implementation and support cycles.

- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios and user documentation.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP EHS-related issues.

- Participate in process improvements and recommend SAP EHS best practices.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP EHS / EHSM.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Environmental, Health & Safety Management.

- Experience working with discrete manufacturing/industry environments.

- Good understanding of EHS business processes and compliance requirements.

- Experience in SAP EHS configuration, implementation and support.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional SAP teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS.

- Exposure to integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM and SD.

- Experience working on SAP EHS implementation or rollout projects.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental, health and safety processes.
