GyanSys - Python Developer - Flask/Django

Description :

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python frameworks, modern backend architecture, and a solid foundation in software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs

- Build and maintain high-performance, reliable applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Implement clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives

Core Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python (7+ years)

- Experience with Python frameworks : Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture

- Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)

- Strong grasp of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms

- Experience with Git or version control systems

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
