Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Technical Architect with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Cloud implementations within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, guide implementation teams, and deliver scalable cloud-based Guidewire solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter solutions.

- Lead end-to-end greenfield Guidewire implementation projects.

- Configure and customize PolicyCenter components including PCF, Gosu, Business Rules, Product Model, Workflows, Activities, Wizards, and Transactions/Jobs.

- Design and implement cloud integrations using Integration Gateway, Cloud APIs, App Events, Messaging, Web Services, Batch Processes, and Plugins.

- Ensure solutions align with Guidewire Cloud standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.

- Analyze complex business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter configuration, implementation, and integration.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Rating.

- Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud implementations.

- Guidewire ACE Certified (PolicyCenter Cloud) Mandatory.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end Guidewire Greenfield implementation.

- Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

- Experience with multiple Guidewire implementation projects.

- Additional Guidewire certifications (BillingCenter, Rating, etc.).

- Experience with modern integration patterns and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of SQL and database design.

Work Details :

- Work Mode :

1. Hybrid for Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad candidates.

2. Remote for candidates based in other locations across India.

- Interview Process : 3 Rounds (including Face-to-Face).

- Shift : General Shift.

- Notice Period : Immediate to 60 Days.

- Stable employment history with at least 2 years in each organization.
