Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain enterprise Salesforce environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

- Configure and manage Sales Cloud features, custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and Flow Builder.

- Manage user administration, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security configurations.

- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and Lightning pages using Lightning App Builder.

- Perform data management activities, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and migration.

- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and application issues, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support release management, sandbox administration, deployment validation, and change control processes.

- Collaborate with developers and solution architects on enhancements, integrations, and production support.

- Review Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL queries to assist with troubleshooting and minor enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security standards, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5-8 years of overall experience with the Salesforce Platform.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments.

- Knowledge of source control tools such as Git and deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.

- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
