Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and support rating solutions within the Guidewire platform.

- Develop and customize Guidewire Rating components using Gosu and Guidewire configuration tools.

- Configure and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter rating functionality, rate books, and rating rules.

- Perform PCF configuration, data model extensions, and system customizations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Support integration development using web services and integration frameworks.

- Develop and troubleshoot SOAP/REST-based integrations using XML and JSON.

- Perform testing, debugging, defect resolution, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation and follow Guidewire development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong experience working with Guidewire Rating and Guidewire PolicyCenter.

- Hands-on expertise in Gosu programming language.

- Experience with Guidewire Studio, PCF configuration, data model extensions, and rate books.

- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, rating methodologies, and policy lifecycle processes.

- Experience with web services including SOAP and REST APIs.

- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.

- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
