Guidewire Portal Developer :

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Portal Developer to design, develop, and implement modern digital portals for the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire Digital Portal/Jutro Framework, React.js, and portal customization, with experience delivering scalable digital experiences for the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Guidewire Digital Portals using the Jutro Framework and React.js.

- Build responsive, user-friendly portal applications integrated with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

- Develop reusable UI components and implement modern frontend best practices.

- Integrate Guidewire portals with REST APIs, backend services, and third-party applications.

- Customize customer, agent, broker, and service portals based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Guidewire consultants to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

- Optimize portal performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Ensure adherence to security, coding standards, and Agile development practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 38 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portal development.

- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro Framework and React.js.

- Experience integrating Guidewire portals with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.

- Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and component-based architecture.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Guidewire Digital or Jutro certification.

- Experience with Node.js or Java-based backend integration.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

Domain Experience :

- Mandatory experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

- Good understanding of Policy Administration, Claims Management, Billing, and Digital Customer Portals.

- Experience delivering digital transformation projects using Guidewire InsuranceSuite.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
