We are hiring a highly skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and insurance rating systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in premium calculation logic, pricing configuration, underwriting rules, and Guidewire rating frameworks.

The role requires expertise in implementing scalable rating solutions aligned with insurance products, actuarial models, and underwriting requirements.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Guidewire rating architecture within cloud-based ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize rating modules in Guidewire PolicyCenter.

- Develop premium calculation logic, underwriting rules, pricing algorithms, and rating workflows.

- Work closely with actuarial, underwriting, and product management teams to implement business requirements.

- Support insurance product configuration and policy lifecycle enhancements.

- Develop and optimize rating logic on Guidewire Cloud Platform.

- Participate in Guidewire upgrades, cloud deployments, and enhancement projects.

- Troubleshoot rating-related issues and improve application performance.

- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and Guidewire development standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating.

- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

- Expertise in Gosu programming and Guidewire Product Model.

- Knowledge of insurance pricing, underwriting, and policy administration workflows.

- Strong debugging and analytical capabilities.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environment
