Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions

- Drive end-to-end development including configuration, customization, and integration

- Lead on-premise to cloud migration initiatives for Guidewire applications

- Implement and optimize Guidewire Rating Engine, rules, workflows, and activity assignments

- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, messaging, and plug-ins

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices

Skills and experience required :

- 4- 5 years experience in Guidewire Policy Center

- Proficiency in Property & Casualty Insurance.

- Exposure to Guidewire rating engine is a must

- Experience with Guidewire on-premise to cloud migrations

- Proficiency in Gosu, Java, Webservices, SOA, Plug-ins, Messaging, API and Tomcat

- Proficiency in Guidewire Rating Engine, Activity Assignment, Rules Framework, Workflows

- Proficiency in Oracle database with advanced SQL knowledge

- Proficiency in Agile development methodology

- Proficiency in Software Configuration Management

- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
