Job Description :

- Work extensively on Guidewire PolicyCenter for configuration and integration activities.

- Develop, review, and update governance and risk management policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policies with business objectives and risk appetite.

- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and training on policy implementation and compliance requirements.

- Support internal audits and risk assessments by providing relevant policy documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement in policy frameworks to enhance governance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter as per business requirements.

- Work on integrations using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.

- Ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance with standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders including BA, QA, and architects for successful delivery.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture and best practices.

- Experience in Agile development methodology.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Guidewire certifications will be an added advantage.
