- 5+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.

- Experience with full SDLC and Agile development lifecycle as used in Guidewire implementations.

- Hands-on proficiency in PolicyCenter configuration, including Policy Transactions, LOBs, Product Modelling, Quoting, Rating Management, Reinsurance, Forms Management, Policy Revisioning, UW Authority, Account Management, and Administration.

- Robust understanding of PolicyCenter Data-Model.

- Expertise in GOSU, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Activity, and Product Model development.

- Experience with XML, GUnit, Jenkins, GIT/Subversion/TFS, and code coverage tools.

- Experience with Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat) and Database Servers (SQL Server, Oracle).

- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a strong configuration team.

- Excellent communication skills for onsite-offshore coordination.

- Insurance industry domain knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Assist onsite configuration team in estimations, Proof of Concepts, and design of robust configuration solutions.

- Prepare and enhance detailed design documentation (Field Mapping, Data Model, Rules Definition).

- Develop complex configuration components using GOSU, Rules Engine, and PCF.

- Identify and develop reusable framework components for multiple projects.

- Unit and functional test configuration solutions using GUnit and Mockito.

- Prepare build and implementation plans and report work stream status.

- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of user stories.

- Work with external consultants and train team members.
